For customers receiving invoicing services, we offer Lock-Box capability. This is a fancy way of saying we can have your customers send their payments directly to your bank account. This allows you to speed your collection time, improve float and eliminate tasks to be done by in-house staff. Isn't that cool?

As an added benefit, when you have ICS, Inc. work on anything for you, you will get additional data backup to enhance your disaster recovery plan. The peace of mind this provides could be priceless-We will always have the last transmission you send us AND the one we return back to you; just in case!

Oh, and another thing….We also provide microfilming, imaging and will burn CDs for you for a nominal charge; which is whatever it costs us.
